10 Things You Need to Start Doing For White Teeth by Your Wedding Day

10. Brush Often!
According to one alarming study, the average person brushes their teeth just once a day and for no more than 30 seconds at a time, even though we all know you're supposed to brush at least twice a day for two minutes. Gross.
The first thing you need to do, therefore, is to make sure you’re brushing often enough and for long enough. Don’t worry about over brushing––as long as you’re applying the right amount of pressure to your teeth and gums, it’s not possible to brush too much!
