Shipment Processing Times
DOMESTIC: We take pride in our ability to process orders quickly. Our current domestic order processing times may range from 2-5 business days. Once shipped, we ask that you allow 3-8 business days for deliveries. Transit times may exceed what is outlined above.
INTERNATIONAL: Our current international order processing times range from minimum 3-5 business days. However, we ask that you allow additional days in transit due to national holidays, inclement weather, international courier and customs delays beyond the control of SNOW®. Estimated delivery times are calculated and estimated at checkout based location of delivery. International shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Domestic orders of $99 or more qualify for free standard shipping. International order shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
SNOW® ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. territories, and in most cases APO/FPO/DPO addresses. For PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, SNOW® uses USPS to deliver. UPS does not ship to PO boxes.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 48 hours of receipt of the email. If you have not received an order tracking update within 3 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international), please contact our Customer Service team.
Customs & Duties on International Orders
SNOW® does not assume responsibility for customs and duty fees for international orders. Verified customs or duty fees imposed on the customer by the destination country upon arrival of their order may be eligible to be reimbursed by SNOW®. Please contact our Customer Service team if you’ve incurred such customs or duty fees.
SNOW® will replace orders that have been damaged during the shipping process. If you’ve received a product that is non-working due to damage during shipping, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Lost or Stolen Orders
SNOW® accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen. SNOW® may at its sole discretion, provide an affidavit in case a replacement is needed.
