Shipping Policy
All orders originate from Phoenix, Arizona where the company delivers smiles to 160+ countries. To ensure timely delivery worldwide, SNOW uses domestic and international distribution centers.


Shipment Processing Times
DOMESTIC: Typically, it takes our team just 2-3 business days to professionally prepare domestic orders for shipping. We ask that you allow additional days in transit due to national holidays, inclement weather, courier strikes or other instances beyond the control of SNOW.

INTERNATIONAL: Due to global logistics delays, the international shipping times may surpass what is outlined below.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
SNOW ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. territories, and in most cases APO/FPO/DPO addresses. For PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, SNOW uses USPS to deliver.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order is being prepared to be shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 48 hours of receipt of the email. If you have not received an order tracking update within 4 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international), please contact our Customer Service team.


Customs & Duties on International Orders
SNOW assumes responsibility for customs and duty fees for international orders. Verified customs or duty fees imposed on the customer by the destination country upon arrival of their order may be eligible to be reimbursed by SNOW. Please contact our Customer Service team if you’ve incurred such customs or duty fees.


Damages
SNOW will replace orders that have been damaged during the shipping process. If you’ve received a product that is non-working due to damage during shipping, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.


Lost or Stolen Orders
SNOW accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen. SNOW may at its sole discretion, provide an affidavit in case a replacement is needed.
