Limited Warranty

Oravance Wellness, LLC ("SNOW®") warrants to the original end-user purchaser in the United States that each SNOW® device product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the warranty period specified in the Limited Warranty Table below, beginning from the date of delivery (or date of purchase, if delivery date is not available).

SNOW® reserves the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized third-party websites.

What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized modification
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect product function
• Products with removed or altered serial numbers

Limitation of Liability

There are no warranties beyond those stated here. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranty duration, so this may not apply to you.

SNOW® SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. Some states do not allow exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so this may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

All warranty claims are submitted through our Returns Portal. You will need:

• Proof of purchase (order number)
• Photos showing the alleged defect

In certain circumstances, we may request the product be returned to SNOW® for inspection. If so, a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number will be provided. SNOW® will cover shipping costs for confirmed defective products. If the product is found to be non-defective, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
