1. Brush and floss your teeth.
2. Apply one strip to your top teeth and press strip down firmly and fold over back of teeth to secure. Repeat on bottom teeth.
3. Wait 15 minutes for the strips to dissolve.
4. Rinse mouth out with water.

      Amazing!

      These whitening strips don't leave the sticky residue like all the other whitening strips do. I love it. Don't have to brush my teeth after using them, which I think is another reason why it's so much better than regular whitening strips cuz I'm not scraping my soft enamel after using whitening strips with a toothbrush.
