All purchases made on Trysnow.com are subject to this Return Policy. Returns and refunds are processed exclusively through our Returns Portal.

How to Initiate a Return

 

All returns are initiated through support@trysnow.com. Your order number is required to begin the process.

 

Return Windows

 

Return eligibility is governed by our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your delivery date.

 

Return Requirements by Product Type

 

All products (whitening serums, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and similar items): No return required. Submit your claim through the Returns Portal and your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days of approval.

 

Shipping Charges

 

For required returns, a prepaid return label will be provided. No shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Oravance Wellness, LLC or the product was damaged in transit.

 

Order Cancellations

 

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed due to immediate fulfillment processing. If you no longer want your order:

• Before delivery: Refuse the shipment at the door — it will be returned to us and your refund will be processed.
• After delivery: Initiate a return through support@trysnow.com within 30 days of delivery.

 

General Guidelines

 

Oravance Wellness, LLC reserves the right to limit returns and deny claims in cases of suspected fraud or abuse. This policy applies exclusively to purchases made on TrySnow.com.
