I have been using Snow for almost 4 years and I love it!!! Their customer service has ALWAYS been incredible! Unfortunately 2 of my mouthpieces got a short in them and had to be replaced. I called both times and with no questions asked, they apologized and sent out new ones immediately. I got them within a week. Thank you to the incredible Snow team. I will never use anything else to whiten my teeth!
