SNOW® ZERO-RISK TRIAL TERMS

We offer a 14 day trial period to let you try our products before you commit to buying. Your order will usually ship within 2-3 business days via USPS for domestic American shipments (we ship every product from Arizona), though we do ship and deliver to 180+ countries (3-5 business days for most customers, often times next day for Arizona and California customers). After you place your order, a temporary hold will be applied to your card, which may appear as “pending” or “processing.” At the end of your 14 day trial, your card will be charged.


We also accept returns up to 30 days after your purchase as a traditional refund that will appear in your account within 5-10 days.


If you choose not to keep it after 14 days, initiate a return by emailing our support team and requesting a return label at: support@trysnow.com. We’ll void the hold on your card and the funds will be released back into your bank account or credit card within 2-4 business days, depending on your bank.

If you initiate a return near the end of your trial, your card may be charged when your trial ends, even if your Snow® is in transit back to us. Rest assured, your order will be fully refunded once we receive your return.

B. IMMEDIATE PURCHASE

When you buy Snow® without using our Try Before Buying offer, you are still covered by our 30 day return policy. You can initiate a return for any reason within 30 days of your purchase date. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Initiate a return by emailing support@trysnow.com and when we receive your Snow®, we will promptly issue a refund. Email us to start a return and to get help preparing your shipment back to us.

C. COVERED DEFECTS
Manufacturing defects may be covered after the 30-day return policy on a case-by-case basis. If you think your Snow® has damage or a defect that was not the result of improper use, please email us support@trysnow.com.

Snow® maintains the right to replace any missing or defective products in lieu of a refund. In some cases, a partial refund or store gift card can be issued.

D. WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Problems and issues that result from normal wear and tear or improper use are not covered.

  1. Normal wear and tear.
  2. Any improper use of the products.
  3. Minor imperfections such as slight cosmetic flaws.
  4. Any Snow® product purchased from a non-authorized Snow® distributor.
  5. Damage caused by animals or children.
