Customer service representative

Snow is looking for a full-time customer service representative. Supports customers by providing helpful information for all customers, answering questions, and responding to complaints. They're the front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls, email, social media
  • Generate sales leads
  • Place or cancel orders
  • Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes in a timely manner

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 year customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
