PRODUCT RETURNS POLICY
It’s our goal that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. We love the opportunity to help people have brilliant smiles yet understand that sometimes a return or refund is necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund (minus shipping charges if applicable). Items purchased directly from SNOW Cosmetics, LLC between December 1 through December 31st of each year are eligible for return through February 15th of the following year.
You may request to return any authentic product purchased on our site, through authorized retail stores, or authorized online retail partners in accordance with the terms below. We've made it simple for you to initiate requests for returns or refunds.
If purchased directly from SNOW: You may self-service your return request if you purchased your product directly from SNOW by clicking here. For your convenience, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your expected refund total. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment. In most cases, the refund from your return will take 5-7 business days to post in your original form of payment.
If purchased from SNOW outside the United States: You may self-service your return request if you purchased your product directly from us by clicking here. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment. In most cases, your refund from your return may take 5-7 business days to post in your original form of payment.
If purchased from authorized retail stores or authorized online retail partners: If you purchased your SNOW product(s) from an authorized seller; and an exchange or replacement or refund is desired, you will need to visit the original point of sale and adhere to their policies.
The following conditions must be met in order to qualify for a refund:
A return must be requested within 30 days of your purchase date. The company does not provide refunds for requests made outside of 30 days of purchase date. At the company's discretion, a store credit may be issued in these cases.
You must return the product to SNOW to receive a refund. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
You must use the return label provided by the SNOW Return Center to return your product.
We will refund the cost of the product to your original payment method, less any shipping and handling charges you paid.
ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Shipping and handling charges, if any, are non-refundable.
If you seek to return a product to SNOW (a) without a return label provided by SNOW or (b) without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase, SNOW may, in its discretion, refuse to accept the return. Open product returns will be charged a restocking fee of 10% of the original price of the product(s).
SNOW shall not issue a refund until the returned product has been delivered to the address shown on the SNOW-provided return label.
Returns are processed within 2-3 days of your items being returned to us. Return drop-offs are NOT accepted at our warehouse.
Returned to sender & refused packages: Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued a refund (minus any shipping charges if applicable) in the original form of payment.
Due to how quickly we process orders, we’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve completed your purchase. This includes but isn’t exclusive to changes like the following:
- Changing the item
- Delivery/billing address
- Adding items to your order
- Shipping method

*SNOW ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR MIS-SHIPPED ORDERS DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESSES BEING ENTERED BY PURCHASER. WE WILL NOT REFUND OR REPLACE ORDERS DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESSES BEING ENTERED BY THE PURCHASER.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns: Once a return is approved, it is necessary that you ship your return items back to us within 7 calendar days. If your items aren’t shipped within said timeframe, SNOW may at its discretion deny the return request.
Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items: Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our Customer Care team via the Online Request Form within 7 business days from delivery date. Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue.
Returning by mail: For U.S. Domestic customers, we recommend that you return using our Online Returns Portal. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several weeks to reach us if returning from an international location. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our Distribution Center.
SNOW is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.
WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Electronic Devices - 5-year limited Warranty: With the exception of the Electric Toothbrush, SNOW warrants electronic devices for a period of FIVE (5) YEARS after the original date of purchase against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. Due to its mechanical composition, SNOW warrants the Electric Toothbrush for a period of TWO (2) YEARS.
Examples of electronic devices are inclusive of but not exclusive to:
- Wired teeth whitening kit mouthpiece
- Wired teeth whitening kit power cord
- Electric toothbrush
- Wireless teeth whitening kit
- Wireless teeth whitening kit charger
The warranty covers working parts that affect the primary function of the device. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect or products for which payment has not been received. Any attempt to open or take apart the device (or its accessories) will void the warranty. If you discover a defect and notify SNOW during the warranty period, SNOW will, at its discretion, replace the device free of charge.
Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence that the date of the claim is within the warranty period. To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt together with these warranty conditions for the duration of the warranty period. The barcode located on the box guarantees the authenticity of the device. To make a warranty claim, you will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Consumable Products: SNOW consumable products are subject to the Product Returns Policy (see above) for a period of THIRTY (30) DAYS after the original date of purchase.
Examples of consumable products are inclusive of but not exclusive to:
- Teeth whitening toothpaste
- Exfoliating scrub
- Electric toothbrush heads
- Bamboo toothbrush
- Lip balm
- Magic Strips
