This week’s episode of Sacha Baron Cohen’s “Who Is America” was disheartening for me to watch. As many of you know, we had a promotional agreement with Corinne “Corn” Olympios. This episode hit too close to home for me and our company, as we are passionate about supporting a charity who provides dental care to underprivileged children all across America. I was particularly disappointed with what I saw & we will not support anyone representing our brand who would endorse a morally corrupt initiative without concern.
We always strive to work with people who are genuinely excited about our product, our mission, and want to convey the value of a confident smile to their audience, particularly because profits from every sale are donated to help children who do not have access to dental care. This incidence revealed that Corinne is comfortable promoting something that may not align with her values.
After careful consideration and analysis, we have determined that Corinne is no longer a fit for our brand and we have decided to suspend our relationship with Corinne.
